A Hempfield Township man is charged with institutional vandalism and other crimes after he allegedly rode his ATV through an area cemetery.
State Police charged 44-year-old James Vallozzi with riding his ATV through the Westmoreland County Memorial Park, disrupting those visiting the cemetery and damaging the grounds themselves. Cemetery officials say that he’s racked up over $7000 in landscaping damages.
Vallozzi’s preliminary hearing is set for October 26th.
