The quick thinking of a five-year-old girl may have saved her mother from dying during a drug overdose.
Police in South Greensburg say that 35-year-old Leanne Schuler had overdosed on September 28th, and a neighbor said that Schuler’s daughter called police and started to scream into the cell phone.
Ambulance personnel administered Naloxone when they got there to revive Schuler.
Schuler now faces charges of child endangerment and will have a preliminary hearing on December 11th.
