A man from Rostraver was sentenced to 11 to 23 months in jail yesterday for leading police on a chase while his three-year-old daughter was in the car.
The Tribune-Review reports 26-year-old Adam Rattay was charged with leading police on a chase on April 18th on I-70 that ended in a rollover crash.
The daughter was not injured in the crash.
Police said Rattay’s license was suspended and there was a warrant for his arrest for a probation violation.
