A Trafford man was sentenced in federal court to serve prison time on charges of theft of government funds.
In a news release from U.S. Attorney Scott Brady, 58-year-old Warren Robb defrauded the government of disability benefits from the U.S. Railroad Retirement Board, but never told them that his condition improved or that he was working while receiving benefits. Over the last few years, he received and converted disability benefits totaling more than $57,000.
Brady was sentenced to six months in prison followed by three years supervised release.
