Westmoreland County Commissioners announced on Tuesday that they are looking for a new human resources firm after Felice Associates announced its head would retire at the end of the year.
The Tribune-Review reported that longtime county human resources consultant John Felice announced that he would retire after 48 years of work. Felice was a long-time human resources consultant for the county, which would later expand in 2014 after his firm was hired to oversee all personnel issues for the county. His duties were scaled back after commissioners hired a new full-time human resources director and he oversaw labor negotiations, which he said he will continue to do so until the end of the year.
