The local elections board is going over challenges to provisional ballots in Westmoreland County. Over 13-hundred provisional ballots were cast in the area. The campaigns for Senator Bob Casey and candidate Dave McCormick have challenged more than 120 of the ballots due to questions surrounding voter eligibility. The board opted to accept votes from 17 citizens during their hearing yesterday. McCormick held a lead of roughly 33-thousand votes across the state, as of yesterday afternoon. Some military and provisional ballots are still being added to the totals.
