A Jeannette man is moving on after having been acquitted of charges including solicitation to commit murder. Prosecutors had said that 27-year-old Brandon Ingram instructed his teen brother to shoot someone that he had just lost a Jeanette street fight to in 2021. The younger brother shot the other teen in the hand before being shot himself by the victim’s mother. Jurors found Ingram not guilty yesterday after about an hour of deliberations. Dasean Ingram was initially charged as an adult with attempted homicide and other related counts. Westmoreland County Common Pleas Court Judge Tim Krieger last year transferred the case to juvenile court, where it has since been disposed. Details of the case have been removed from public dockets.
