IRWIN MAN KILLED IN MANOR BOROUGH CRASH

An Irwin man was killed in a vehicle crash in Manor Borough.  Westmoreland County Coroner Tim Carson identified 86-year-old Vincent Neal as the victim.  He was driving his car Northwest on Main Street when a trailer carrying a skid loader pulled by a dump truck rolled over, hitting Neal’s car.  A woman in the car was taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries, while Neal was pronounced dead at the scene.
