HEMPFIELD AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT CONTINUES INVESTIGATION INTO BASKETBALL COACH/GUIDANCE COUNSELOR

The Hempfield Area School District is continuing its investigation into high school basketball coach and guidance counselor Bill Swan.  The Trib reports that Swan is on paid administrative leave from both positions after a player’s father made a complaint.  Details on the complaint have not been released.  Tuesday’s game against Norwin was postponed in light of the complaint, with the next game this Friday.  An assistant coach will take over the head coaching position for now.
