HEALTH CARE WORKER CHARGED IN WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP

A health care worker is charged by authorities in Washington Township of stealing a debit card from a patient at the Quality of Life Services in Arnold.  The Trib reports 35-year-old Lakeisha Pugh of Louisiana, an employee with an outside agency, allegedly took the debit card and was seen on surveillance video at the grocery store making a purchase totaling $134 last Saturday.  Prosecutors said she has a history of theft and access device fraud.  Bail was denied, and she is being held at Westmoreland County Prison with a preliminary hearing set for February 10.
