WESTMORELAND COUNTY JUDGE DELAYS PLEA DEAL DECISION

A Westmoreland County Judge has delayed a decision on a plea deal connected with a two-vehicle crash in North Huntingdon that seriously injured one person.  The Trib reports that Judge Scott Mears requested the criminal and driving history for 22-year-old Nolan Mullen of North Huntingdon.  He was accused of speeding just before the crash on July 7th of last year at the intersection of Clay Pike Road and Brokers Lane.  Judge Mars said he wanted more time to consider the deal after hearing from the injured driver and the father of her son.
