WINNING LOTTERY TICKET PURCHASED IN UPPER BURRELL

Someone who bought a lottery ticket in Westmoreland County is $600,000 richer.  The PA lottery said that someone picked up a winning Cash 5 with Quick Cash ticket at The Little Store on Seventh Street Road in Upper Burrell.  The ticket matched all five balls drawn on Monday, which were 7-16-18-37-38.  The winner has a year to claim their prize.  The store will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
