COLD WEATHER ADVISTORY UNTIL 10AM

Frigid temperatures continue to affect portions of Westmoreland County.  The National Weather Service has a cold weather advisory in effect until 10 AM.  Wind chills as low as 15 below zero are expected and that could result in hypothermia if proper precautions are not taken.  People are advised to wear proper clothing if they have to go out, and exercise caution while driving.  Keep pets indoors as much as possible, and make frequent checks on older family, friends and neighbors.
