North Huntingdon Township officials have ended talks with the developers of a proposed sports complex and put a halt to drafting a lease with them. The Trib reports that the vote was 4-3 to end the process that had gone on for nine months. The developers, Josh Zugai and David Ponsonby of NHT Investment Partners, were looking to build a multi-field sports complex with an indoor facility for a Pittsburgh Riverhounds Soccer Academy on about 40 acres of land off Public Works Drive near Route 30.
