A New Kensington man wanted for breaking into his ex-girlfriend’s home four years ago was arrested on Tuesday after he was seen riding a vehicle without a seatbelt. The Trib reports that police in Arnold charged 60-year-old Robert Dorsey with three felony counts of aggravated assault and several misdemeanors after police say he fought with officers at the scene of the traffic stop and then at the New Kensington police station. Police learned during the traffic stop that he was wanted on a county sheriff’s office warrant from an incident in July of 2021.
