CHILD KILLED IN BUTLER COUNTY FIRE

A two-year-old child was killed, and one person was sent to the hospital after a fire broke out inside a mobile home in Butler County Saturday morning.  First responders were called to the scene along Old Route 422.  When crews arrived, they said at least two people were injured. They were taken to the hospital by medical helicopter.  2 adults were able to make it out of the burning home but quickly realized their son was still inside.  Officials said they attempted to go back inside but they were forced back due to the intensity of the flames.
