SOUTH GREENSBURG WOMAN SENTENCED TO PROBATION

A South Greensburg woman was sentenced to two years of probation for assaulting a nursing home resident in 2022.  The Trib reports that 57-year-old Donna Flock pleaded no contest to one misdemeanor count of striking, shoving, kicking and making threats against an elderly resident at Newhaven Court at Lindwood in Hempfield.  Flock was working as a nurse’s aide when she punched an 84-year-old resident on June 6th of 2022,  She claimed that she was reacting to a “combative” resident while trying to turn the victim in her bed.
