- Westmoreland County officials confirmed on Tuesday that talks are underway for a project that could see over 300 human services employees move to the site of the county housing authority’s former headquarters in Hempfield. The Trib reports that employees have been working at various locations including multiple offices in the courthouse, Westmoreland County Community College near Youngwood and other Greensburg locations.
