Police are looking for the driver of a white Subaru car that hit an 8-year-old boy while he was riding a bike Tuesday evening in Penn Borough, then fled. The Trib reports that the boy was discharged late Tuesday from UPMC Children’s Hospital with a knee injury and a concussion. Trooper Steven Limani with the state police said the driver got out of the car, removed the bicycle from in front of it, then left the scene. The driver was described as a white man, between 30 and 40 years old. Anyone with information can call state police at 724-832-3288.
