PIRATES PRESIDENT SAYS CLEMENTE LOGO GOING BACK UP

Pirates President Travis Williams says the Roberto Clemente logo that was on a pad at right field is going back up after its removal sparked some controversy over the weekend.  Williams says the removal of the logo was not intentional and was an oversight when new advertising was added to the panel.  Roberto Clemente Junior posted only “WOW…” in response to a photo of the pad with the logo gone on social media.  Williams apologized to the Clemente family and they tell WTAE-TV they are meeting with team officials this morning.
