Pennsylvania’s Real ID deadline is now less than a month away. State residents will need the federally-compliant ID card or a passport to board a commercial domestic flight or enter some federal buildings after May seventh. State officials say only about 20 percent of residents have gotten the new ID so far. PennDOT officials are opening many license centers on Mondays to try and cut down on lines.
