Police arrested a Philadelphia man on charges of trafficking drugs into the county Wednesday night. The Trib reports that Latrobe Police, county detectives and agents with the State Attorney General’s office took 23-year-old Brendaon Fuentes into custody after receiving a tip that he was travelling from Philadelphia to Latrobe with a supply of crack cocaine and carfentanil. He was seen carrying the drugs in two plastic bags when he stepped off the train. He was arraigned yesterday and was denied bail, and is now in Westmoreland County Jail. A second suspect, who met Fuentes after getting off the train, was also detained as part of an ongoing investigation.
