Westmoreland County Park Police have found the man who has been walking in the nude around Twin Lakes Park. The Trib reports that the suspect, 61-year-old Daniel Horrell of Greensburg, showed up at the police station on Donohoe Road wearing a ball cap, socks and sneakers. Horrell told police he had disrobed that day at the Ann Rudd Saxman Nature Park, but returned and found his keys, cell phone and backpack holding his clothes were missing. Horrell admitted to previously walking nude in Twin Lakes Park, which straddles Unity and Hempfield townships, police said.Horrell is charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness and disorderly conduct in connection with three incidents in the park and the one at the police station. The misdemeanor charges were sent by summons on Monday.
