PA SENATE RACE HEADED TO A RECOUNT

The U.S. Senate race in Pennsylvania is headed to a recount.  The unofficial results show incumbent Democrat Bob Casey within the half-of-a-percent margin needed to trigger an automatic recount under state law.  Republican Dave McCormick has declared victory in the race, and is in Washington, DC this week for Senate orientation.  Casey has yet to concede.
