A Scottdale man who has completed a six year term in prison for assaulting a teenage boy has been ruled a sexually violent predator. The Trib reports that 59-year-old Anthony Kiliany pleaded guilty in 2017 to 14 charges including rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and other crimes. In 2013, his victim claimed he was assaulted in the 1990s when he was 12 and continued for about four years. Prosecutors said that a part of the trial to determine the seriousness of the case was never completed. Judge Michael Stewart II officially ruled Kiliany was a sexually violent predator and must register as such with the state police every four months and indefinitely continue sex offender treatment.
