A man from Indiana County is charged with stealing packages off of porches in four counties, including Westmoreland County. State Police say between February 12th to the 27th, 34-year-old John Davis Manning of Shelocta allegedly stole packages from porches, sometimes disguised as a DoorDash delivery person. Many of the stolen items were found in a search of his home. Manning is in Indiana County Jail on charges including organized retail theft, receiving stolen property and others. A preliminary hearing is set for March 11th.
