MAN HIT BY PICKUP TRUCK IN HEMPFIELD IN JANUARY HAS DIED

A man hit by a pickup truck clearing snow in Hempfield in January died on Sunday in a Pittsburgh Hospital. The Trib reports that 73-year-old Paul Tucci of Southwest Greensburg died as a result of blunt force trauma to the head and torso from the incident, according to the Allegheny County Medical Examiner.  State Police said that Tucci was walking in the parking lot of an orthopedics office on Pellis Road on January 6th when he was hit by the truck, which was goijng in reverse.  The driver cooperated with investigators.  So far, no charges have been filed.
