Three Norwin School Board candidates are facing legal challenges from two of their opponents that could get them off the ballot. The Trib reports that hearings will be held today for Alex Deschelt, Tammy Moreno and Randall Pedder. Their petitions are challenged in one case by Justin Lokay, who questions the validity of the petition signatures. Lokay also says that Deschelt improperly listed himself as an attorney on his petition when his status is classified as retired. Pedder’s position on the ballot is also being challenged by Chase Rosenbayger on similar challenges.
