The trial of a Greensburg man accused of supplying the drugs that caused his nephew’s death got underway yesterday in county court. The Trib reports that prosecutors accuse 59-year-old Michael Rebosky of drug delivery resulting in death, reckless endangerment and other crimes connected with the death of 38-year-old Christopher Rebosky, Assistant DA Steven Reddy told jurors that Christopher would still be alive if Michael had not purchased the drugs they used. Defense attorney Emily Smarto said that the evidence will show that there was more than just the fentanyl-laced heroin in his system at the time of his death. The trial continues today.
