A mistrial was declared Thursday in the case of a Greensburg man charged with drug delivery resulting in death. The Trib reports that the jury was deadlocked on the most serious of the six charges filed against Michael Rebosky, which was drug delivery resulting in death. He was found guilty of drug delivery, possession of cocaine and misdemeanor reckless endangerment, and he was found not guilty on two other charges. Prosecutors have not said if they will seek to retry Rebosky on the drug delivery resulting in death. He will be sentenced on the other charges in three months.
