State Troopers have charged a Greensburg man for recording a teenage girl while she was in the bathroom.
Troopers say 45-year-old Carlos Rafael Alvarado had the charges filed against him after the girl reported in April that she found several pictures of herself on Alvarado’s computer. She had found the phone hidden in the bathroom, and it had been recording for thirteen minutes or so.
Troopers seized the devices from Alvarado in May. Alvarado has yet to be arraigned on the charges.
