The head of the Westmoreland County Food Bank resigned on Friday.
The Tribune-Review reports that Kris M. Douglas was the CEO of the food bank for the last six years. Jennifer Miller, the director of development for the food bank, was appointed acting CEO, and the board of directors will search for a permanent replacement immediately.
Miller said that Douglas resigned due to “personal reasons” and would not comment further on the resignation.
