More information has been released concerning a standoff with Greensburg police that lead to one man being arrested.
Greensburg Police say 31-year-old Jason W. Baughman was involved in a standoff with police on Alexander Avenue at 5:30 on Tuesday. The father of Baughman’s ex-girlfriend had gone to Baughman’s house to retrieve a set of car keys, but as the father went back to his car, Baughman allegedly came out with a handgun, aiming it at the father and threatening to kill him.
Baughman surrendered about an hour later after authorities from multiple police agencies surrounded him.
Baughman faces charges of aggravated assault, making terroristic threats, and related crimes.
