A Pittsburgh man is facing charges of credit card fraud for an incident in Westmoreland County.
The Tribune-Review reports that 34-year-old Kharti Diallo, who has served time for credit card fraud before, now faces 20 new counts related to a scheme that went down in Westmoreland County. This followed an investigation by State Police into several access device fraud incidents in the area of Salem Township that started when a Bell Township resident noticed that $800 of fraudulent charges were racked up in Salem Township.
Police were able to identify Diallo through security videos from businesses. Diallo is in custody as he waits for a preliminary hearing on October 22nd.
