THE ULTIMATE TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA FLYAWAY CONTEST
Renda Media’s radio stations – WSHH-FM (WISH 99.7 FM) Pittsburgh, PA, WHJB-FM Greensburg, PA, WEJZ-FM Jacksonville, FL, WSGL-FM (Mix 104.7) Ft. Myers, FL, WGUF-FM Naples/Ft. Myers, FL, and WJGO-FM (102.9 Bob FM) Bonita Springs/Ft. Myers FL, WCCS-A/F Indiana, PA, WDAD A/F Indiana, PA, WQMU-FM (U92.5 FM) Indiana, PA, WPXZ-FM (104.1 FM) Punxsutawney, PA, and WKQL-FM (Kool 103.3 FM Punxsutawney, PA will conduct a multi-station contest known as “THE ULTIMATE TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA FLYAWAY CONTEST” weekdays (Monday – Friday) from Monday, November 4, 2024 through Friday, November 15, 2024.

This contest will be a text-to-win or website contest that will include 2 unique keywords announced on-air every weekday during the contest timeframe.  Depending on the participating station, listeners will be instructed to either text the unique keyword to a specific phone number or directed to the participating station’s website to enter the keyword via website contest.

No purchase necessary. Contests are void where prohibited.

The contest is open to residents of the United States of America.  Contestants must be at least 18 years of age.

Employees of Renda Media and its affiliated companies, its stations, employees of all other stations and market media companies in the TSA’s of the stations conducting the contests are neither eligible to participate nor win. This includes radio and television stations, their affiliated entities, affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors and or promotional partners, and members of their immediate families in addition to employees and family of NC Management and Trans-Siberian Orchestra.

To enter, participants will be instructed to listen to Renda Media’s participating stations – WSHH-FM, WHJB-FM, WEJZ-FM, WSGL-FM, WGUF-FM, WJGO-FM, WCCS-A/F, WDAD A/F, WQMU-FM, WPXZ-FM, AND WKQL-FM – twice a day at a designated time from November 4 – November 15, 2024 for the keyword to text  or enter a website contest for the chance to qualify for the grand prize of 2 tickets to see Trans-Siberian Orchestra at the American Airlines Center on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at 7:30 pm.  Grand prize winner will also receive round-trip airfare, 2-night hotel stay, and airport transfers for Dallas airport only. Time of contest on each station may vary each day between 7 am and 5 pm EST.

Contestants are only eligible to win THE ULTIMATE TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA FLYAWAY CONTEST Grand Prize once each calendar year.

Each daily winner will be verified as qualified by station personnel.

There will be only one THE ULTIMATE TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA FLYAWAY CONTEST Grand Prize Winner selected at random from qualifiers of all participating stations.

Grand Prize winner must follow all applicable rules regarding terms and conditions of airline and hotel.

For the text-to-win contest, a mobile phone is needed to participate. Participants are restricted to the terms and conditions of their mobile carrier. The company disclaims all liability for the inability of a participant to complete their text-to-win entry due to equipment malfunction or acts beyond the company’s control or otherwise.

For the website contest, participants must access the radio station’s website and correctly complete all information required to submit qualifying entry.  The company disclaims all liability of a participant to complete their website contest entry due to equipment malfunction or acts beyond the company’s control or otherwise.

For all contests, the company disclaims all liability for any delays, miss-delivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by electronic transmission or other delivery method. The company is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, mobile phone, computer, hardware or software errors and/or malfunctions or failures of any kind which may limit one’s ability to participate in the contest, any injury or damage to the entrant’s or any other person’s mobile phone equipment related to or resulting from participating in the contest.

Payment of all federal, state, and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner. The estimated Grand Prize value of this contest is $2,250.00, therefore the winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 (or equivalent) with regard to any prize totaling more than $600.

By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest, without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.

The station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, which will become effective upon announcement, including the substitution of a prize or any portion of a prize of equivalent value.

The station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of a prize.

All decisions by sweepstakes promoters are final and entrants agree to be bound by decisions made by sweepstakes promoters and station management.

Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification, at the sole discretion of the station.

Grand Prize Winner must accept prize as is.  Not redeemable or transferrable for cash.

Should weather or other unforeseen act of nature prevent Grand Prize winner from issuance of prize as is as determined by the company, Grand Prize winner may be issued a make-good for December 30, 2024 in Oklahoma City or for a to-be-determined show in 2025.
